The Hydrakissed Facial Pen comes with 3 suction tips that are made of food-grade silicone, and 1 cleaning cap. The suction tips are different sizes, and work conveniently for different areas of the face. Each tip has 2 tiny holes that pump and extract water simultaneously.

How to use
STEP 1: Attach the exfoliation tip.
STEP 2: Fill water in the clean container, and attach both the containers to the device.
STEP 3: Press the Power button, and set the desired suction level.
STEP 4: Move the device on the face/neck, without tilting the device more than 30 degrees. Each area can be done 2-4 times, depending on the sensitivity.
PS: Tilt-alarm beeps when over-tilted.
STEP 5: Apply a hydrating serum/moisturizer.
PRO-TIP: To take your facial to the next level, you may add a little bit of your your favorite toner to the water. Adding an exfoliating toner further dissolves the accumulated sebum, and delivers the toner deeper into the skin.

Hydrakissed is an at-home hydra/aqua facial device that uses a suction and circulation system. All it needs is water- its dual channels work synergistically to give an ultimate exfoliating, unclogging, and refreshing facial experience. It is safe and gentle, as it uses just some Physics and Chemistry(Suction and H20) in the most efficient way!
Why doesn't this device come with a facial solution?
Most spa facial solutions/creams contain synthetic chemical ingredients that may not be safe for everyone. In our research, using just plain water has great benefits to the skin as well as to the life of the machine. Using any high viscosity solution other than water may damage the machine.
Nevertheless, if you prefer a more exfoliating experience, you may apply any exfoliating serum(AHA/BHA) that you prefer to the face, wait for 5 minutes, and then use Hydrakissed. Application of serum will dissolve the gunk for easier extraction.
How often can I use this?
It is recommended to use it 2-4 times a month, and not more than once a week. Using it too frequently will over-exfolite the skin, not giving it enough time to revive.
Why does my device beep?
Three most common reasons:
Out of charge: Recharge the device when dry.
Tilting: This device is equipped with a tilt-alarm. Tilting the device more than 30 degrees while it is ON will beep an alarm, this is a safety feature to ensure proper functioning.
Dirty water container is full: Empty the water container and continue using.
Is there a downtime after using this?
There is no downtime, you may resume normal activities immediately. Slight redness/blushing may be noticed in some people, this is because of the blood rushing to the superficial layers of the skin, stimulated by the machine’s suction and exfoliation.
It is important to apply a hydrating serum/moisturizer after every use.
Who should not use Hydrakissed facial pen?
Hydrakissed can virtually be used by anyone who is not allergic to water and a little pressure. Out of an abundance of caution, we do not recommend using this if you are under 16, have an extremely sensitive skin that is easily bruised.
